Thy kingdom come 24/9 prayer 22nd – 30th May

Please join in!

We’re joining with several churches in the area to pray non-stop for the nine days between Ascension Day & Pentecost: from 9am on 22nd  May to 6pm on 30th May.

Following the first Ascension Day we’re told the disciples ‘devoted themselves to prayer’ until the Spirit was poured out at Pentecost. Our church, our nation and our world need our prayers as much as ever at the moment. We want to pray for healing from the covid pandemic, for spiritual awakening and for friends to come to know Jesus Christ.

We can’t make a physical prayer space this year but we have set up a virtual one to help us pray at home.

You can find resources to help you pray at www.padlet.com/petersfieldprayer/space

To take part please go to sheet.church/24-9prayer to sign up for one or more time slots when you’d like to pray.

You’ll then receive an email giving you access to the virtual prayer wall where you can write your own prayers and read those left by others.

Please join us and together let’s pray, ‘Thy kingdom come!’
