I know that a lot of you are going through your mock exams this week and have a lot going on! To try and help I’m going to be emailing you each day at midday something to use in the evenings to try and give yourself space and clear your head at the end of the day. Some of these are bits of music, some meditations, some prayers but they are all things that help me and others when I’m feeling stressed and under pressure and wanted to share them with you in case they would help you as well.
Please feel free to use this as you want (if you want to ignore as it seems like yet another thing to do then go ahead.) But my hope and prayer is that these will give you space in a busy week even if you aren’t doing your exams with all of them taking only a maximum of 10 minutes.
Today’s thing is called a Loving Kindness meditation, I know that sounds quite hippyish (is that a word? it is now!) But this is a really helpful thing to do and helps us remember the amazing people who we already are never-mind how well we do academically. You can listen to it here:
